以创新创业为导向的大学生志愿者培养教育模式——以合肥市为例

摘　　要：以合肥市为例,此次通过问卷以及采访的形式汇总出30个影响要素,并通过SPSS对这些因素进行筛选、排序,最终提取出4个公共因子,分别涉及到活动类型局限、团队规范性低、成员流失率高及相关知识欠缺。针对这四个因子提出相应的对策,旨在帮助构建以创新创业为导向的大学生志愿者培养模式教育,完善大学生志愿者组织的制度与保障。Taking Hefei as an example,30 influencing factors are summarized in the form of questionnaire and interview,and these factors are screened and sorted by SPSS.Finally,four public factors are extracted,which are related to the limitations of activity types,low team standardization,high passing rate of members and lack of relevant knowledge.This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for these four factors,in order to help build an innovation and entrepreneurship oriented education model of college student volunteer training,and improve the system and guarantee of college student volunteer organization.
