摘  要:将专业课程教学与创新创业教育紧密结合,建设“专创融合”特色课程,是新时代高校实现产学研协同育人的重要途径之一,对于培育广大学生的创新意识与创业能力有着重大意义。基于对“专创融合”理论与实践研究现状的梳理,以“人力资源管理概论”课程为例,分析“专创融合”课程教学改革基础,从重构教学目标、开发课程资源、创新教学设计、优化教学方法以及改革考核评价等多方面探索“专创融合”课程教学改革思路,着重培养学生的创新意识,提升创业能力,以期为高校“专创融合”课程建设与课程改革提供借鉴和参考。Combining professional curriculum teaching with innovation and entrepreneurship education and building"specialty and innovation integration"characteristic courses is one of the important ways for colleges and universities to realize the collaborative education of production,teaching and research in the new era.It is important for cultivating the innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial ability of the majority of students.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the theory and practice of"integration of specialization and innovation",taking the course of"Introduction to Human Resource Management"as an example,the basis of the teaching reform of"integration of specialization and innovation"is analyzed,from reconstructing teaching objectives,developing courses Explore resources,we innovative teaching design,optimization of teaching methods,and reform assessment and evaluation,and explore the teaching reform ideas of"specialization integration"courses,focusing on cultivating students'innovative consciousness and enhancing entrepreneurial ability,with a view to"specialization integration"for colleges and universities Curriculum construction and curriculum reform provide reference and reference.
