《国际中文教育中文水平等级标准》的中国特色和解读应用

摘　　要：《国际中文教育中文水平等级标准》是国际中文教育70多年历史上教育部和国家语言文字工作委员会面向外国中文学习者发布的首个全面描绘、评价其中文水平和语言技能的规范标准,具有鲜明的中国特色和时代特点。本文详细阐述了该标准在构建国际中文教育新的主体性学科范式中所体现的中华文化特色,以及基于该标准制定的国际中文教育目标体系;同时还对国家级HSK改革进行了展望。Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education are the first normative standards for foreign Chinese learners issued by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and the National Language Commission in the 70-year history of international Chinese language education.The standards comprehensively describe and evaluate the learners’ Chinese proficiency and language skills,with distinctive Chinese characteristics and contemporary features.This paper elaborates on the Chinese characteristics of the standards in building a new disciplinary paradigm of subjectivity for international Chinese language education,the system of international Chinese language education objectives formulated by the standards,as well as the prospects for reforming Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK).
