冲牙器对覆盖义齿下基牙牙周健康维护的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究在覆盖义齿下基牙牙周健康维护中使用冲牙器的临床效果。方法:于本院收治的覆盖义齿修复患者中选取88例,时间选为2019年4月~2020年5月,使用抽签法分为两组各44例,给予常规方式保持口腔卫生为常规组,在常规组基础上使用冲牙器为冲牙器组,分析两组维护后牙龈指数(Gingival Index,GI)、菌斑指数(Plaque Index,PLI)、出血指数(Bleeding Index,BI)、菌斑百分率(Percentage of Plaque)。结果:修复前,两组GI、PLI、BI、菌斑百分率指标无明显差异(P>0.05),清洁口腔3个月、6个月后,冲牙器组GI、PLI、BI、菌斑百分率指标均低于常规组,差异显著(P<0.05);修复前,两组口腔健康影响程度量表(Oral Health Impact Scale,OHIP-14)评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),清洁口腔6个月后,冲牙器组评分较常规组低(P<0.05)。结论:将冲牙器应用于覆盖义齿下基牙中具有良好的应用效果,可控制GI、PLI、BI、菌斑百分率指数改变,对维护牙周健康具有重要意义,提升患者日后生活质量。Objective:To study the clinical effect of oral irrigator in keeping the periodontal health of abutment teeth for patients of undergoing overlay denture.Methods:A total of 88 patients with overdenture repaired in our hospital were selected from April 2019 to May 2020.They were divided into two groups with 44 cases in each group by lottery method.The routine group was given the routine method to maintain oral hygiene.On the basis of the routine group,the dental irrigator was used as the dental irrigator group,and the Gingival Index(GI),Plaque Index(PLI),Bleeding Index(BI),and Percentage of Plaque were analyzed after maintenance in the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the percentage index of the GI,PLI,BI,groups before repair(P>0.05);After 3 months and 6 months of cleaning,GI,PLI,BI,plaque percentage in oral irrigator group were significantly lower than conventional group(P<0.05);Before repair,the two groups of oral health impact scales(Oral Health Impact Scale,OHIP-14)scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and after 6 months of cleaning the mouth,the implant score was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The oral irrigator plays an important role in the reduction of GI,PLI,BI,plaque percentage,and the maintenance of periodontal health.Improve the quality of life.
