摘  要:目的:观察问题式教学法(PBL)与网络课堂结合的教学法在肿瘤放射治疗专业规培生中的教学效果。方法:选取某医科大学第二附属医院招录的肿瘤放射治疗专业规培生共54人,随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组采用PBL结合网络课堂教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,观察教学效果。结果:PBL与网络课堂相结合教学方式的规培生考核成绩优于传统教学法(P<0.05);实验组规培生对教学满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于PBL与网络课堂相结合的教学模式相对于传统教学法而言,不仅可以提高学生的学习兴趣,同时可增强学生处理临床实际问题的能力。Objective:To observe the effects of the teaching method combining PBL with network classroom on standardized training of radiation oncology majors.Methods:54 students enrolled in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with the method combining PBL with network classroom and traditional teaching method,respectively.Results:The performance of students from the experimental group were better than those from the control(P<0.05);The score of teaching satisfaction was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional teaching method,combination of PBL and online classroom teaching mode can not only improve students'interest,but also enhance students'ability to deal with clinical practical problems.
