摘  要:目的:评价标准病人教学团队在急诊医学教学和考试的应用效果。方法:以某医院临床学位研究生和住院医师规范化培训生共92名为研究对象,组建标准病人教学团队,筛选近期临床典型病例、撰写标准病人脚本,以自愿的原则,在蚌埠医学院和蚌埠医学院第一附属医院招募标准病人,并按脚本对其培训和考核,将培训合格的标准病人应用到92名住院医师规培生急诊急救教学和出科考核中。于教学和出科考试结束后对92名学生进行调查。结果:标准病人对规培生职业能力影响调查显示:标准病人教学对学生职业价值观、伦理观、角色定位和职责有巨大的影响(95.7%以上),其中保持与执业范围相适应的能力的影响率达100%。对专业沟通的影响率在93.5%以上,在团队合作维度中100%的学生认为在复杂临床情况下要整合各种知识和资源后做出决策。同时规培生对标准病人工作提出了一些期待。结论:标准病人教学团队用于急诊急救教学和考试能提高学生的各种职业能力,但需要提高标准病人的质量。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Standard Patients in emergency medicine teaching and examination.Methods:A total of 92 clinical postgraduates and resident standardized trainees from the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were selected as the research objects to establish Standard Patient teaching team.We screen recent typical clinical cases,write Standard Patient scripts,recruit Standard Patients on a voluntary basis,then we train and assess them according to the scripts.the trained Standard Patients were applied to the emergency first aid teaching and exit examination of 92 residents.The questionnaire on the impact were investigated by students after the end of teaching and graduation examination.Results:The first investigation shows that Standard Patient teaching has a great impact on students'professional values,ethics,role orientation and responsibilities(more than 95.7%),of which the impact rate of maintaining the ability to adapt to the scope of practice is 100%.The impact rate on professional communication is more than 93.5%.In the dimension of team cooperation,100%of students believe that in complex clinical situations,they should make decisions after integrating all kinds of knowledge and resources.Conclusion:The Standard Patients in emergency teaching and examination can improve students'various professional abilities,but the treatment of Standard Patients needs to be improved.
