摘　　要：目的:探讨“1+1+1”临床带教模式在MBBS留学生急诊医学临床实习中的应用效果。方法:将外国留学生和国内实习生分为“1+1+1”临床带教模式组(实验组)及“一对多”的传统临床带教模式组(对照组),对国内实习生的理论考试、操作考试、英语口语和英文文献翻译能力进行考核;考核留学生的出勤天数、理论考试、操作考试和病历书写情况。结果:实验组国内实习生的理论考试、操作考试、英语口语和英文文献翻译成绩均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组外国留学生出勤天数、理论考试、操作考试及病历书写成绩均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“1+1+1”临床带教模式在急诊医学临床实习中的应用效果良好,全方位提高了国内实习生及MBBS留学生实习质量。Objective:To explore the effects of"1+1+1"clinical teaching mode in emergency medicine practice for MBBS international students.Methods:international students and domestic interns were divided into Experimental Group with"1+1+1"Clinical Teaching Mode and Control Group with“One-to-many”Traditional Clinical Teaching Mode.The theory test,operation test,oral English and English literature translation ability of the domestic interns were tested while the attendance days,theory test,operation test and medical record writing of the international students were evaluated.Results:The results of theory test,operation test,oral English and translation of English literature of the domestic interns in experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of attendance days,theory test,operation test and medical record writing in the international students from experimental group were better than those from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The"1+1+1"clinical teaching model is effective in the clinical practice of emergency medicine,and it can improve the quality of practice for both domestic interns and MBBS students.
