摘  要:本文采用沥青球为原料,经过预氧化,碳化以及活化等步骤处理后得到了沥青球基活性炭,研究沥青球基活性炭对红糖溶液的脱色的影响。在前期单因素实验基础上,筛选出影响去除率的3个主要因素,再利用响应面法优化沥青球基活性炭吸附红糖色素的3个工艺条件。再根据Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理对筛选的主要因素进行优化,建立2次多项式回归模型。最后得到各因素对响应值的影响次序为:吸附温度>沥青球基活性炭的添加量>吸附时间。In this paper, pitch ball based activated carbon was obtained from pitch ball through pre oxidation,carbonization and activation. The effect of pitch ball based activated carbon on the decolorization of brown sugar solution was studied. Based on the previous single factor experiment, three main factors affecting the removal rate were selected. And then the response surface method was used to optimize the three process conditions of adsorption of brown sugar pigment by asphalt ball based activated carbon. According to the box Behnken central combination design principle, the main factors of screening are optimized, and a quadratic polynomial regression model is established. Finally, the influence order of each factor on the response value is as follows: adsorption temperature > addition amount of asphalt ball based activated carbon > adsorption time.
