摘 要:基于问卷调查数据,运用数理统计方法,对青岛来华留学生旅游消费偏好和青岛来华留学生旅游影响因素进行研究。青岛来华留学生在青居住时长平均为18个月,其中居住4个月的人数最多;旅游信息获取主要渠道是网络;最喜欢的出行方式是跟家人或朋友一起;最喜欢的事项是自然风景;喜欢的地方也以自然景观为主。影响青岛来华留学生旅游消费偏好的因素主要是旅游配套设施、住宿、餐饮、出行费用、语言障碍、旅游信息指导、青岛人文环境。基于以上研究,发现青岛旅游市场存在旅游项目营销效果不佳、旅游公共服务体系发展不充分等问题。可采取加快完善旅游开发体系、拓展旅游营销途径、实现旅游服务规范化和标准化等措施,进一步开发青岛旅游市场。Based on the questionnaire survey data,using mathematical statistic method,this study examines the tourism consumption preference of Qingdao international students and the infl uencing factors of Qingdao international students’tourism.The average length of stay for international students in Qingdao is 18 months,among which the most students live for 4 months;the main channel for obtaining tourism information is the internet;and the favorite way to travel is with family or friends;the favorite thing is natural scenery;the favorite places are mainly natural landscapes;the main factors infl uencing the preference of international students in Qingdao are tourism facilities,accommodation,catering,travel cost,language barriers,tourist information guidance,and the cultural environment in Qingdao.Based on the above research,it is found that there are some problems in Qingdao tourism market,such as poor tourism project marketing eff ect,unbalanced tourism development,and inadequate development of tourism public service system.Qingdao tourism market can be further developed by accelerating the improvement of tourism development system,expanding the tourism marketing,and realizing the standardization of tourism service.
