对自身免疫性肝病患者应用硫唑嘌呤联合泼尼松龙治疗的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对自身免疫性肝病患者应用硫唑嘌呤联合泼尼松龙治疗的临床意义。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月来我院就诊的80例自身免疫性肝病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,两组患者均采用传统治疗,对照组给予泼尼松龙等药物治疗;试验组应用硫唑嘌呤联合泼尼松龙治疗,比较两组自身免疫性肝病患者的临床治疗有效率、安全性评价评分及疗效评分。结果试验组患者治疗后显效例数,有效例数多于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后安全性评价评分及疗效评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对自身免疫性肝病患者来说,应用硫唑嘌呤联合泼尼松龙治疗的效果较好,可以有效改善患者临床治疗效果及提高疾病治愈率。Objective To explore the clinical significance of azathioprine combined with prednisolone in the treatment of autoimmune liver disease.Methods Eighty patients with autoimmune liver disease who came to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Both groups were treated with traditional treatment,and the control group was treated with prednisolone and other drugs.The experimental group was treated with azathioprine combined with prednisolone.The clinical efficacy,safety evaluation score and efficacy score of patients with autoimmune liver disease were compared between the two groups.Results The number of effective cases in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The safety evaluation score and curative effect score of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with autoimmune liver disease,azathioprine combined with prednisolone has a better effect,which can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and increase the disease cure rate.
