拜阿司匹灵联合氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 浅析脑梗死选用阿司匹林肠溶片(商品名:拜阿司匹灵)联合氯吡格雷治疗的临床疗效。方法 96例脑梗死患者,以系统抽样法分为对照组与观察组,每组48例。对照组单用拜阿司匹灵治疗,观察组采用拜阿司匹灵联合氯吡格雷治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果 观察组总有效率97.92%高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的症状、疾病认知、活动评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的NIHSS评分(1.92±0.36)分低于对照组的(3.42±0.42)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑梗死患者选用拜阿司匹灵联合氯吡格雷治疗,不但可提升治疗效果,还可使患者的生活质量提高,充分彰显其应用价值,可于临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of aspirin enteric-coated tablets(trade name:Bayaspirin) combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 96 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group by systematic sampling method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Bayaspirin alone, and the observation group was treated with Bayaspirin combined with clopidogrel. The therapeutic effect, quality of life score, and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate 97.92% of the observation group was higher than 75.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The symptom scores, disease cognition and activity scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the NIHSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score(1.92±0.36) points of the observation group was lower than(3.42±0.42) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Bayaspirin combined with clopidogrel for patients with cerebral infarction can not only improve the therapeutic effect, but also improve the quality of life of patients, fully demonstrate its application value, which can be popularized in clinical practice.
