超声探讨胎儿先天性心脏畸形与染色体异常的关系分析

摘  要:目的:分析超声探讨胎儿先天性心脏畸形与染色体异常的关系。方法:选取2019年12月~2020年12月来本院接受产检的50例孕妇为研究对象,对其进行超声检查,主要针对先天性心脏畸形筛查和分析,同时对染色体异常情况进行评估。结果:在12例胎儿检查中超声诊断在胎儿心脏畸形及染色体异常诊断上具有较高的诊断价值。分析12例先心病的分类与合并畸形情况显示,产前诊断室间隔缺损占比25.00%(3/12),左心室发育不良占比16.67%(2/12),右心室双出口占比8.33%(1/12),心内膜垫缺损占比8.33%(1/12),法洛四联症占比33.33%(4/12),体外心占比8.33%(1/12)。产后对以上先心病分类与合并畸形结果显示,有1例法洛四联症误诊为左心室发育不良。且胎儿超声检查准确率、特异度及敏感性较高,能够符合患儿诊断筛查需求。结论:在临床孕检工作开展中,应该科学的应用超声检查,为胎儿先天性心脏畸形以及染色体异常分析提供参考,提升检查筛出率,为胎儿的发育情况了解做好铺垫。Objective:To analyze the relationship between fetal congenital heart defects and fetal chromosome abnormality.Methods:The 50 pregnant women who came to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,the sonographic examination was carried out to screen and analyze the congenital heart malformations,and the chromosome abnormality condition was evaluated.Results:Ultrasonography has high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of fetal heart malformation and chromosomal abnormality in 12 cases.Analysis of the classification and combined malformations of 12 cases of congenital heart disease showed that ventricular septal defect accounted for 25.00%(3/12),left ventricular dysplasia accounted for 16.67%(2/12),right ventricular double outlet accounted for 8.33%(1/12),and endocardial pad defect accounted for 8.33%(1/12).Tetralogy of Fallot accounted for 33.33%(4/12),and extracorporeal heart accounted for 8.33%(1/12).Postpartum classification of congenital heart disease and combined malformations showed that 1 case of tetralogy of Fallot was misdiagnosed as left ventricular dysplasia.In addition,the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of fetal ultrasound examination are high,which can meet the needs of children’s diagnosis and screening.Conclusion:In the development of clinical pregnancy examination,ultrasound examination should be applied scientifically to provide reference for the analysis of fetal congenital heart malformation and chromosomal abnormality,improve the screening rate,and lay a good foundation for the understanding of fetal development.
