摘　　要：目的:探讨空气波压力治疗仪在预防子宫肌瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓中的应用价值。方法:抽取本院86例子宫肌瘤术后患者作为对象,随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者施以常规治疗,观察组患者施以空气波压力治疗仪,观察两组治疗效果、下肢深静脉血栓发生率及生活质量评分。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率、躯体功能、生理功能、心理功能及物质生活状态等生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率(2.33%)显著低于对照组(16.28%),两组对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:空气波压力治疗仪在预防子宫肌瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓中有重要作用,可提高治疗下肢深静脉血栓的效果,提高生活质量评分。Objective:To explore the application value of air wave pressure therapy instrument in preventing deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after uterine fibroids.Methods:A total of 86 postoperative patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with an air wave pressure therapy device.The treatment effects of the two groups were observed.The incidence and quality of life score of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremities.Results:The quality of life scores of patients in the observation group,such as the total effective rate of treatment,physical function,physiological function,mental function and material life state,were significantly higher than those in the control group.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis(2.33%)in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(16.28%),the difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The air wave pressure therapy instrument plays an important role in preventing deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities after uterine fibroids surgery.It can improve the effect of treatment of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities and improve the quality of life score.
