摘 要:目的分析黑灵芝多糖联合rhGH对患者受损小肠黏膜中PCNA、Musashi-1表达的影响。方法选取2019年9月~2020年9月于浙江省台州医院、浙江大学医学院附属第一医院就诊的117例因服用阿司匹林导致小肠黏膜损伤患者,按照随机数字表法分为rhGH组(n=58)、联合组(n=59)。对比两组肠黏膜指标及炎症因子、PCNA、Musashi-1表达。结果治疗后,联合组小肠黏膜绒毛高度、PCNA、Musashi-1表达高于rhGH组,陷窝深度、DAO、BT水平低于rhGH组(均P<0.05)。联合组治疗有效率高于rhGH组(P<0.05)。结论黑灵芝多糖联合rhGH能调控小肠黏膜损伤患者的PCNA、Musashi-1表达,抑制炎症反应,减轻肠黏膜损伤,维持肠黏膜机械屏障稳定性,促进疾病转归。Objective To analyze the effects of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide combined with rhGH on the expression of PCNA and Musashi-1 in damaged small intestinal mucosa.Methods A total of 117 patients with small intestinal mucosal injury due to aspirin use were enrolled from September 2019 to September 2020 in Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province,the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and divided into rhGH group(n=59)and combined group(n=59)by random number table method.Intestinal mucosal indexes and inflammatory factors,PCNA and Musashi-1 expression were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the villus height of small intestinal mucosa,PCNA and Musash-1 expression in the combined group were higher than those in the rhGH group,while the crypt depth,DAO and BT levels were lower than those in the rhGH group(all P<0.05).The effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in rhGH group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide combined with rhGH could regulate the expression of PCNA and Musashi-1 in patients with small intestinal mucosal injury,inhibit inflammatory responses,attenuate intestinal mucosal injury,maintain intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier stability,and promote disease outcome.
