摘　　要：胃食管反流病系消化内科门诊常见疾病,发病率高,症状反复,严重影响患者的生活质量。单纯西药治疗效果欠佳,往往存在停药复发甚或服药无效的情况,而中医药的加入能明显提高疗效。田旭东教授认为本病的病机为脾胃虚弱、胃气上逆,脾虚为本,逆乱为标,以通腑降逆、开郁化痰治其标,健脾助运治其本,遣方用药提纲挈领、方简力专,反对过度配伍,影响主方关系使药繁力散。组方时刻顾护脾胃特性,性平而温和,量小而力专,以期恢复脾胃生理机能,达到治病求本的目的。Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common disease in the gastroenterology outpatient department,with high incidence and repeated symptoms,which seriously affect the quality of patients'life.The single application of western medication can not achieve good curative effect,it often exists drug withdrawal recurrence or ineffective medication,and the addition of Chinese medication can significantly improve the effect.Professor TIAN Xudong regards that the pathogenesis of GERD is deficiency of Spleen and Stomach as the root cause,and ascending of Stomach-Qi,Spleen deficiency as external manifestation,Professor TIAN always uses the therapies of activating Fu-organs,descending adverse ascending,removing stagnation and resolving dampness to treat external manifestation,and the therapies of invigorating Spleen and assisting transporting to treat the root cause.His prescription is concise and powerful,he opposes excessive compatibility,which may affect the main relationship of herbs and make the prescription complicate and less powerful.Professor TIAN always pays attention to the features of Spleen and Stomach by using the herbs with mild feature,small quantity and powerful force,aiming to restore the physiological function of Spleen and Stomach,thus to achieve the purpose of treating the root.
