摘 要:人工智能正在改变人们的生产、消费和学习方式,已上升到国家战略层面。但人工智能融入教育的动力不足,尤其是教师对智能教育变革存在抵制惯性,教育技术创新与应用的速度滞后于技术本身的水平。以场域理论为分析框架,主要从教师视角对智能教育演进的阻力与动力进行了探讨,研究发现:资本与惯习是一柄双刃剑,资本冲击与传统教育惯习束缚形成智能教育场域演进的阻力,行动者对资本增量的追求与新教育惯习的形塑形成场域演进的动力,阻力与动力的共同作用直接影响智能教育场域进化的进程;教育管理者可以利用自身拥有的职位或权力向智能教育场域合理调配资源与资本,建立推动智能教育改革的约束规则与激励制度,解构传统教育场域,建构与智能教育场域相匹配的新惯习,增加动力,减小阻力,进而推进智能教育场域的演进。Artificial intelligence is changing the way people produce, consume and learn, and it has risen to the level of national strategies. But the motivation is insufficient to integrate AI into education. In particular, teachers have resistance to intelligent education, and the speed of technological innovation and application in the field of education lags far behind the development level of the technology itself. This paper takes the field theory as the analytical framework, and mainly studies the resistance and driving force of intelligent education reform from the perspective of teachers. Research point of view: Capital and habitus are a double-edged sword. The impact of capital and the shackles of traditional educational habitus form resistance to the evolution of the field of intelligent education. The pursuit of capital increment by actors and the guidance of new educational habitus form the driving force of field evolution. The combined effect of resistance and driving force directly affects the evolution of the field of intelligent education. Education managers can use their position power to allocate resources and capital to the field of intelligent education,and establish incentive systems and rules to promote the reform of intelligent education, and deconstruct traditional educational fields and traditional educational habitus, and construct habitus that matches the field of intelligent education. In this way, the power can be increased, the resistance can be reduced, and the evolution of the intelligent education field can be promoted.
