摘 要:复合腔体是一种新型的加固盾构隧道的结构材料,它能够为隧道结构提供额外的承载力,控制结构变形。对灌浆复合腔体、空腔复合腔体和空腔钢管的抗弯、抗压性能进行研究。分析了复合腔体抗压和抗弯的破坏机理,得到其受压承载力、受弯承载力和刚度的变化规律。结果表明,外层碳纤维间绷断为复合腔体构件丧失抗压、抗弯承载能力的标志;碳纤维材料的约束作用显著提高了试件的截面抗弯刚度和承载能力,但降低了构件的延性,砂浆材料显著提高了试件的抗压承载能力;碳纤维、砂浆、钢管三者共同作用效果欠佳,模拟中需考虑三者材料间的滑移。Filament wound profile(FWP)is a new type of structure material for reinforcing shield tunnel,which provides additional bearing capacity for the tunnel structure,managing structure deformation.Compressive tests and bending tests of grouted FWP,non-grouted FWP,and integrated steel tubes are carried out and studied.The destruction mechanism of FWP bearing and bending capacities is analyzed.The changing pattern of their bearing capacities and bending stiffness are determined.Results show that the tearing of the carbon fibers is a sign of bearing and bending capacities failure of FWP.The carbon fibers significantly improve both the bearing capacities and bending stiffnesses of the specimens but reduce the ductility.The mortar significantly improves the bearing capacities of the specimens.The mutual effect of carbon fibers,mortar and steel tubes is under expectation,so slipping among the three types of material should be considered in simulation.
