服药依从性对自知力与精神分裂症复发的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者的服药依从性在自知力与治疗态度和复发之间的中介作用。方法采用自知力与治疗态度问卷、服药依从性量表、简明精神病评定量表,对湖南省脑科医院274例精神分裂症患者进行问卷调查。结果自知力与治疗态度和服药依从性呈正相关(r=0.412,P<0.01)、与疾病复发情况呈负相关(r=-0.743,P<0.01),服药依从性与疾病复发情况呈负相关(r=-0.612,P<0.01)。自知力与治疗态度对疾病复发有直接效应(β=-0.745,P<0.01),服药依从性有一定中介作用(β=-0.612,P<0.05)。结论服药依从性在自知力与治疗态度和精神分裂症复发中间起到了部分中介作用。Objective To explore the mediating effect of medication adherence on insight and treatment attitude and relapse in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted among 274schizophrenia patients in Brain Hospital of Hunan Province. Then these patients were tested by insight treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ),medication adherence rating scale(MARS),and brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS). Results Insight and treatment attitude was positively correlated with medication adherence(r=0.412,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with disease relapse(r=-0.743,P<0.01). Medication adherence was also negatively correlated with disease relapse(r=-0.612,P<0.01). Insight and treatment attitude had obvious direct effects on disease relapse(β=-0.745,P<0.01),and the mediating effect of medication adherence is remarkable(β=-0.612,P<0.05). Conclusion Medication adherence plays a partly mediating role in the relation between insight and treatment attitude and schizophrenia relapse.
