摘 要:以聚丙烯作为基体树脂,聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐作为相容剂,玻璃纤维为增强材料,采用熔体浸渍工艺制备了长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料。研究了玻纤含量、预浸料切粒长度、相容剂含量和树脂基体对长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,更长的预浸料切粒长度有利于复合材料纤维保留长度和力学性能的提升;相容剂的加入有效地增强了界面粘结强度,大幅度提高了复合材料的力学性能;聚丙烯树脂的流动性对复合材料力学性能影响突出。另外对长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料微观界面形态进行了分析。Using polypropylene as matrix resin,polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride as compatibilizer,glass fiber as reinforcement material,long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite was prepared by melt impregnation process. The effects of glass fiber content,prepreg particle length,compatibilizer content and resin matrix fluidity on mechanical properties of long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites were studied. The results show that the improvement of prepreg particle length is beneficial to the improvement of fiber retention length and mechanical properties,the addition of compatibilizer enhanced the interface bond strength and greatly improved the mechanical properties of the composites. The fluidity of polypropylene resin has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of composites. In addition,the relationship between the microstructure and mechanical properties of long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites was analyzed.
