摘  要:复杂多变的心理压力成为影响民族高校硕士研究生健康成长的重要因素。民族高校硕士研究生心理压力的自我应对呈现多维分散的状态:最先求助的对象复杂多元;对于学校调适的态度和评价参差不齐;自助调适行为多种多样;调适资源明显短缺等。这一状态的出现受到多种因素的影响:任务繁重;陈旧习惯;跨界交往;意外事故和自主选择等。为此,民族高校硕士研究生心理压力调适需要从多个方面加以优化:做好调适规划;确立调适原则;明确调适误区和价值导向;借力网络资源和构建调适文化等。Complex and changeable psychological pressure has become an important factor affecting the healthy growth of the master students in ethnic colleges and universities. The self-coping of the psychological pressure of the master students in ethnic colleges and universities presents a multi-dimensional state of dispersion:the first object for help is complex and diverse;Attitudes and evaluations of school adjustment are uneven;There are many kinds of self-adjustment behaviors;Obvious shortage of adjustment resources,etc. This state is influenced by a number of factors:heavy workload;An old habit;Cross-boundary interaction;Accidents and free choice. Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the adjustment of psychological stress for master students in ethnic universities from many aspects:make adjustment planning;Establish the principle of adjustment;Clear adjustment errors and value orientation;Make use of network resources and construct adaptive culture.
