摘　　要：民族地区地方高校研究生创新创业教育发展严重滞后,极大制约了高层次人才培养水平和培养质量。以武陵山区高校为调查分析样本,厘清研究生创新创业教育的现状及主要问题,进而构建了以创新性应用型人才培养为核心,思想政治教育、课程教学和实践教学为三大本体的创新创业教育体系。在此导向下,提出从氛围营造、课程开发、平台建设、导师重塑、考评嵌入入手,打造多层次、全链条、立体式的“双创”教育体系,助推现代化、高质量研究生教育的实现。The development of innovation and entrepreneurship education for graduate students in local universities in ethnic minority areas lags behind seriously,which greatly restricts the level and quality of high-level talent cultivation.Taking universities in Wuling Mountain area as investigation and analysis samples,this paper clarified the status quo and main problems of graduate innovation and entrepreneurship education,and then constructed an innovation and entrepreneurship education system with innovative application-oriented talents training as the core and ideological and political education,curriculum teaching and practice teaching as three noumenon. Under this guidance,a multilevel,full-chain and three-dimensional“entrepreneurship and innovation”education system will be built from the perspectives of atmosphere creation,curriculum development,platform construction,tutor remodeling and evaluation embedding,to promote the realization of modern and high-quality graduate education.
