摘 要:为了解高速动车组可变轨距轮对在变轨过程中所受变轨力的大小及其变化规律,采用专门搭建的实验台,使轮对在旋转且垂向受载的情况下进行变轨,并测量其变轨力和位移.轮对垂向载荷为车辆轴重,轮对旋转速度对应于0~15 km/h的车辆行进速度.试验结果表明:变轨力在±8 kN以内,且在变轨过程中基本稳定.若轮对旋转对应的速度大于等于5 km/h,则速度对变轨力无明显影响,而车轮不旋转时进行变轨则发生卡滞.研究结果可为优化可变轨距转向架的设计和变轨距轮对试验提供重要参考.In order to understand magnitude and variation trend of gauge changing force of variable gauge wheel-set of high-speed EMU in the process of gauge changing,a specially built test rig is utilized,the wheel-set is loaded and rotated during gauge changing process,and the gauge changing force and displacement are measured simultaneously.The vertical load equals to axle load,and the rotate speed of wheel-set corresponds to the vehicle travel speed range from 0 km/h to 15 km/h.The test results show that the gauge changing force is within±8 kN and basically stable during the gauge changing process.The travel speed of the wheel-set shows no obvious effect on gauge changing force.If the speed is greater than or equal to 5 km/h,the wheels are choked when it do not rotate.The results provide an important reference for variable gauge bogie design optimization and variable gauge wheel-set tests research.
