摘 要:根据某工程轨道车牵引梁后盖板原设计结构在压缩工况中安全系数不符合设计要求的问题,结合子模型法对其结构进行拓扑优化.基于拓扑优化结果对牵引梁后盖板的结构重新设计.从制造工艺和轻量化设计方面考虑,确定了牵引梁后盖板结构的最优方案.通过整车静强度计算,结果表明:在各个工况下的安全系数均满足设计要求,同时其质量也在原有基础上减小11.13%,达到设计预期目的.According to the problem that the engineering rail vehicle does not meet the design requirements in the compression load case,the topology optimization of the draft sill rear cover plate structure is carried out by combining the submodel method.Based on the topology optimization results,the structure of the rear cover plate of the traction beam is redesigned.Considering the manufacturing process and lightweight design,the optimal scheme of the rear cover plate structure of the draft sill is determined.At the same time,the safety factor of the whole vehicle is reduced by 11.13%under all the design load cases.It can be concluded from the results that the safety coefficient of the whole vehicle can meet the original design requirement.
