新形势下我国高校学生管理制度存在的问题与对策探讨

摘　　要：学生管理对高校教育事业的发展有着较大的影响,需要主动适应时代的发展,不断完善高校学生管理制度。既要保证学生的合法权益得到维护,也要对学生的学习及生活等各个方面进行协调,促进学生的全面健康发展。当前,我国高校学生管理制度逐渐暴露出一些问题,难以保证高校学生管理的整体效果,这就需要加强对这一方面的研究,采取有效对策进行优化,促进高校学生管理活动的顺利开展。鉴于此,本文就针对新形势下高校学生管理制度存在的问题进行分析,探究高校学生管理制度的改革对策,希望能为高校学生管理的发展提供一些有效参考依据。Student management has a great influence on the development of higher education,need to take the initiative to adapt to the development of the times,and constantly improve the management system of college students,not only to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of students are maintained,but also to coordinate students'learning and life,and promote the overall healthy development of students.At present,the management system of college students in our country gradually exposes some problems,it is difficult to ensure the overall effect of student management in colleges and universities,which needs to strengthen the research in this aspect,take effective countermeasures to optimize and promote the smooth development of student management activities in colleges and universities.In view of this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management system of college students under the new situation,and explores the reform countermeasures of the management system of college students,hoping to provide some effective reference basis for the development of student management in colleges and universities.
