摘 要:国家职业资格制度中水平评价类证书因过多过滥,限制了产业创新和发展的步伐,显示出不合时宜的缺陷。1+X证书制度改革能够积极鼓励职业院校围绕社会需求,培养复合型技术技能人才。以“育婴师”与“幼儿照护”为两种职业证书制度的典型代表,采用文本分析法比较两者职业技能标准上的异同,发现后者在职业定位上更加清晰明确,更注重服务对象的自主成长,在内容侧重点和完整性方面,后者做了重新调整,体现了当下婴幼儿教育服务行业的新趋势。Level evaluation certificate in national vocational qualification system limits the step of industrial innovation and development because of excessive category and quantity,displaying an inappropriate defect. However, 1 +X certificate system reformation can actively encourage vocational colleges to focus on social needs and cultivate compound technical talents.This paper takes “nursery teacher” and “child care” as the typical representatives of the above two professional certificate systems, and uses text analysis to compare the similarities and differences between them in vocational skill standards. The result shows that the latter is more clear in career orientation, pays more attention to the independent growth of service objects, and realigns content focus and integrity, which reflects the new trend of the current infant education service industry.
