摘 要:目的探析微型化非水滴定法在普卢利沙星药物含量中的检测。方法运用微型化非水滴定法和常量非水滴定法滴定测定待检药品普及卢利沙星含量,并对两种方法的准确度与精密度进行比较。结果分别运用常量和微型化方式重复测定6次,常量法测定数据平均值95.8%,相对标准偏差0.8%。稳定性试验显示,0~5h内各数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运用微型化非水滴测定药品含量,稳定性能好,控制方法实用。Objective To explore the determination of prulifloxacin by miniaturized non-aqueous titration.Methods The miniaturized non-aqueous titration method and the major non-aqueous titration method were used to determine the content of rulifloxacin,and the accuracy and precision of the two Methods were compared.Results Constant and miniaturized Methods were used to repeat the measurement for 6 times,respectively.The mean value of the data measured by the constant method was 95.8%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.8%.The stability test showed that there was no significant difference between each data within 0-5h(P>0.05).Conclusion Using miniaturized non-water drop to determine drug content can stabilize energy consumption and control method is practical.
