基于ASEB分析中国北方城市自然教育的机遇与挑战——以包头市为例

摘  要:随着我国生态文明建设的推进及“双减”政策的实施,与环境相关的自然教育活动迎来了新的发展机遇,由于各种条件的限制,各地区自然教育的开展情况存在差异,尤其是经济相对落后的北方城市,虽拥有各种有利于开展自然教育的资源优势,但自然教育发展缓慢。以内蒙古代表城市包头市为例,基于国内通用的ASEB分析法对其进行了自然教育的情况的评价分析。结果表明:包头市开展自然教育的主要优势为丰富的自然文化资源及国家和地方政策的支持,主要劣势为行业发展较慢导致其缺乏成熟的讲解系统。同时,蒙汉文化结合的自然教育模式和家长理念的改变为包头市自然教育的开展提供机遇,而因各个年龄段学生理解认知能力的不同,设计出不同形式的、适合不同年龄学生的自然教育课程为包头市开展自然教育的最大挑战。In recent years,with the development of ecological civilization construction in China and the implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy,environment-related nature education activities have ushered in new opportunities for development.There are differences in the development situation,especially in northern cities with relatively backward economy.Although these cities have various resource advantages that are conducive to the development of nature education,the development of nature education is slow.Taking Baotou City,a representative city in Inner Mongolia,as an example,this study evaluates and analyzes the situation of nature education in Baotou City based on the ASEB analysis method,which is commonly used in China.The results show that the main advantages of nature education activities in Baotou City are rich natural and cultural resources and the support of national and local policies,and the main disadvantages are the lack of mature explanation systems due to the slow development of the industry.At the same time,the mode of combining Mongolian and Han cultures and the changes of parents'concepts provide opportunities for the development of nature education,and it is the biggest challenge for the development of nature education to design different forms of nature education courses suitable for students of different ages due to the different cognitive abilities of students of different ages.
