浅谈智能汽车内外饰项目敏捷开发模式

摘　　要：随着汽车行业竞争的日益加剧,汽车研发已经从“技术导向”向“产品导向”转型,智能化、电感化和科技化已成为智能汽车的标签。内外饰零件也从传统的塑料件和基础功能件向人机交互、光电集成等智能化零件方向发展。为了更快地抢占市场,新车型上市的速度也越来越快。文章阐述了内外饰敏捷开发的项目管理模式在短周期和智能化项目中的应用,并对后续项目的开发提出了建设性意见。With the increasing competition in the automotive industry, automotive development has transformed from "technology orientation" to "product orientation". Intelligence, electricity and technology have become the labels of intelligent vehicles. Interior and exterior decoration parts are also converting from traditional plastic parts and basic functional parts to intelligent parts such as human-computer interaction and photoelectric integration. In order to seize the market more quickly, the listing speed of new models is also faster and faster. The application of agile project management in exterior & interior department for short cycle and intelligent projects is expounded, and constructive suggestions are put forward for subsequent project development.
