摘 要:文章研究了在整车碰撞仿真中准确模拟热成型件焊点失效的方法。通过焊点单元失效设置、钣金件厚度失效设置、热成型件焊点热影响区建模和热成型件材料设置,能很好地模拟带有热成型件的整车碰撞仿真结果。该方法在某车型开发中获得良好的应用效果,预测出该车型在某次整车侧面碰撞试验中热成型件的开裂问题,其优化方案在后续的整车仿真模拟和整车碰撞试验中均未发生热成型件开裂问题。结果表明,该方法科学合理,对整车耐撞性开发具有很好的指导意义。The method of accurately simulating the spot weld failure of hot formed parts in crash simulation is studied. Through the failure setting of weld spot, the failure setting of sheet metal thickness, the modeling of heat affected zone of thermoformed parts and the material setting of thermoformed parts, the simulation results with thermoformed parts can be well simulated. This method has achieved good application results in the development of a vehicle model. This method has predicted the cracking problem of thermoformed parts in a vehicle side impact test, and then the optimization scheme has no cracking problem of thermoformed parts in the subsequent vehicle simulation and impact test. The results show that this method is scientific and reasonable, and has a good guiding significance for the development of vehicle crashworthiness.
