老年抑郁患者认知融合与生命意义感及抑郁的相关性调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年抑郁患者认知融合与生命意义感和抑郁程度之间的相关性。方法采用自编人口学资料量表、认知融合量表(CFQ)、生命意义感量表(MLQ)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对2020年10月至2021年6月重庆某三甲医院精神科门诊及住院部收治的213例老年抑郁患者进行问卷调查。结果老年抑郁患者MLQ得分为(29.704±12.532)分,CFQ得分为(37.742±15.749)分,HAMD得分为(30.915±6.571)分,老年抑郁患者HAMD评分与MLQ得分及CFQ得分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。老年人认知融合在生命意义感和抑郁评分之间存在中介效应,中介效应占总效应的25.90%。结论医护人员可通过改善老年人的心理灵活性,降低其认知融合程度,提高对生命意义感的正确认知,减少老年抑郁的发生。Objective To explore the correlation among cognitive fusion,meaning of life and depression in geriatric depressed patients.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 213 geriatric depression patients in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Psychiatric Department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Chongqing from October 2020 to June 2021,by using the self-designed demographic data scale,Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire(CFQ),Meaning of Life Questionnaire(MLQ)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).Results The score of MLQ in geriatric depression patients was(29.704±12.532)scores,the CFQ score was(37.742±15.749)scores,the HAMD score was(30.915±6.571)scores,the score of HAMD in geriatric depression patients was positively correlated with the score of MLQ and the score of CFQ(P<0.05).Cognitive fusion played a mediate role between meaning of life and depression,whose mediating effect accounted to 25.90% of the total effect.Conclusion By improving the psychological flexibility of the geriatric depression patients,medical staff could reduce the degree of cognitive fusion,improve the correct understanding of the meaning of life,and reduce the occurrence of depression in the elderly.
