摘 要:目的:研究分析微生物检验中细菌耐药性监测的临床应用.方法:在2019年6月到2020年6月期间,研究人员收集这一阶段全院送检微生物培养标本共35693份,对其开展耐药性监测,有效检测病原菌对于抗生素的敏感程度.结果:耐药细菌的主要分布科室为其他科室、儿科、老年科、门急诊、胃肠、肾内科、肛肠科、ICU、内分泌、骨一和骨二、肝胆、神外与脑血管、泌尿、呼吸科.2587株细菌菌株的检出情况为:大肠688例、流感389例、肺克252例、金葡244例、铜绿209例、NS116例、肺链93例、鲍曼88例、阴沟75例、屎肠50例、粪肠43例、其他311例.结论:患者临床标本采用细菌耐药性监测可以分析得到不同标本类型以及不同科室分离的细菌,其菌株分布与耐药分析各有不同,进一步为后期的耐药菌种预防工作以及控制工作打下扎实基础.Objective:To study the clinical aPPlication of bacterial resistance monitoring in microbial testing.Methods:between June 2019 and June 2020,35693 microbial culture sPecimens were collected and monitored to detect the sensitivity of Pathogenic bacteria to antibiotics.Results:The main distribution of resistant bacteria was Other departments;Pediatrics;Geriatrics;outPadent and emergency services;Gastrointestinal tract;DePartment of Renal Medicine;Anorectal DePartment;ICU;Endocrine;Bone I and bone II;Liver and gallbladder;External and cerebral vessels;Urinary;ResPiratory division.The detection of 2587 strains of bacteria were:large intestine 688 cases;389 cases of influenza;Lung Ke 252 cases;244 cases;(b)209 cases of aeruginosa;NS116 cases;Lung chain 93 cases;Baumann 88 cases;75 cases of gutter;50 cases of feces;43 cases of feces;Other 311 cases.Conclusion:The bacteria isolated from different sPecimen tyPes and different departments can be analyzed by bacterial resistance monitoring,The strain distribution and resistance analysis were different,Further lay a solid foundation for the Prevention and control of drug-resistant bacteria in the later stage.
