摘　　要：目的:临床急性病毒性肝炎治疗中应用还原型谷胱甘肽的效果研究.方法:研究时间2019年2月-2020年12月,接诊的急性病毒性肝炎患者90例为研究对象,按照数字随机法分成两组,对照组常规西药治疗,研究组在此基础上联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗;比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后肝功能指标变化.结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义.经治疗后,研究组ALT、TBiL指标低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义.结论:还原型谷胱甘肽在急性病毒性肝炎中治疗效果显著,有效改善肝损伤,利于患者的转归.Objective:To investigate the effect of reduced glutathione in the treatment of severe viral hePatitis.Methods:from february2019 to December 2020,90 Patients with severe viral hePatitis were randomly divided into two grouPs.Objective to comPare the changes ofliver function before and after treatment in the two grouPs.Results:the theraPeutic effect of the treatment grouP was better than that of the control grouP(P<0.05).After treatment,ALT and TBIL in the study grouP were lower than that in the control grouP(P<0.05).Conclusion:glutathione can imProve the liver injury and Prognosis of Patients.
