结构功能主义视角下档案主管部门与档案社会组织的关系演进研究

摘　　要：运用结构功能主义视角,档案主管部门与档案社会组织的关系演进总体态势为以总体性二元合一为起点,走向分化性二元合一的结构功能关系。分化性二元合一的体系演进历经了培育与规范、激活与共益两个阶段,从档案主管部门与档案社会组织的界线明确划分,到基于责任结构整合的政会关系黏附,逐渐发展为基于全面结构整合的政会功能分化与耦合。演进的基本逻辑是档案主管部门主导下功能演进与结构调整的互动。展望未来,档案主管部门与档案社会组织需要按照国家治理现代化的要求,打造共建、共治、共享的结构功能系统。Using the perspective of structural functionalism, the overall evolution of the relationship between archives administrative departments and archives social organizations is a structural-functional relationship that starts from the overall duality and moves towards the differentiated duality. The evolution of the differentiated duality system has gone through two stages of cultivation and regulation, activation and mutual benefit. Functional differentiation and coupling of political councils based on comprehensive structural integration. The basic logic of evolution is the interaction between functional evolution and structural adjustment under the leadership of the archives department. Looking forward to the future, archives authorities and archives social organizations need to create a structural and functional system of co-construction, cogovernance and sharing in accordance with the requirements of modern national governance.
