摘 要:为了对现有高配筋率CRCP的设计和施工优化提供相关参考依据,并进一步理解其横向裂缝的产生规律,本文依托湖北省高配筋率CRCP试验段,进行了横向裂缝调查和现场结构行为监测。研究了纵向配筋率、养生方式、铺筑时刻和交通荷载等设计、施工和外部荷载参数的影响规律。研究结果表明:高配筋率会使上层配筋以上混凝土受到更多的约束进而导致更多的横向裂缝产生,冬季施工和毡布洒水养生能有效减少高配筋率CRCP横向裂缝的数量且延缓其产生时间;每日施工段的首、尾20 m范围的平均横向裂缝间距存在较大差异,该差异水平随着开放交通后显著降低;开放交通后的新横向裂缝产生相对位置与环境荷载和交通荷载作用的占比存在一定的关联性。In order to provide a reference basis for the design and construction optimization of the large longitudinal steel content continuously reinforced concrete pavement(CRCP),and further understand its transverse crack development.Transverse crack investigation and field structural behavior monitoring was conducted based on the large steel content CRCP test section in Hubei Province.The effectof the design,construction and loading parameters such as longitudinal steel content,curing method,paving time and traffic loading were studied.The results show that the concrete above the upper layer of steel experiences more restraints in CRCP with larger steel content,resulting in more transverse cracks.Winter construction and wet burlap sheets curing can reduce the number of transverse cracks and delay their occurrence time in CRCP with large longitudinal steel contents.There is an obvious difference in the average transverse crack spacing within 20 m from the beginning and end of the daily construction section.The level of this difference decreases significantly after opening to traffic.There is a certain correlation between the relative position of new transverse cracks and the proportion of environmental and traffic loading.
