摘　　要：为方便接触网检修和维护,以及装运材料和维修工具,设计接触网维护专用平车。阐述接触网维护专用平车设计要求,详细叙述接触网维护专用平车总体结构、参数,以及车体各组成部分。对接触网维护专用平车的静强度、动力学开展分析计算,对外轨超高稳定性进行校核,结果均满足要求。接触网维护专用平车在京沪高铁、大西客专等线路上投入使用,活动侧门、工具箱的设计能很好满足货物和工具的运输和装卸,侧门棘齿自锁机构、工具箱防盗设计等得到用户认可。In order to facilitate catenary repair and maintenance,as well as the transportation of materials and main⁃tenance tools,a special flat car for catenary maintenance is designed.This paper explains the design requirements of special flat car for catenary maintenance,and discusses in detail the overall structure,parameters and components.The static strength and dynamics of it are analyzed and calculated,and the super elevation stability of the outer rail is checked,and the results meet the requirements.The special flat car for catenary maintenance has been put into use on Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway,Datong-Xi'an passenger dedicated line and other lines.The movable side door and toolbox meet the transportation and loading and unloading of goods and tools.The ratchet self-locking mech⁃anism of side door and the anti-theft design of toolbox have been recognized by users.
