摘 要:挂式-四氢双环戊二烯(JP-10)具有能量密度高、冰点低、热稳定性好等优点,是一种应用前景良好的碳氢燃料。碳氢燃料热裂解过程的研究对于优化燃料性能具有重要的指导意义。基于JP-10热裂解的研究进展,总结了裂解实验装置、反应条件以及产物分析方法,阐释了包括引发反应及主要反应路径的裂解机理,并综述了3类动力学模型。对于JP-10裂解研究的未来发展,提出如下建议:系统研究压力和停留时间对裂解过程的影响,开发新方法实现对真实压力条件下裂解产物的原位在线检测;基于实验数据和物性参数,优化分子模拟力场,从原子学层面为裂解机理及动力学模型提供指导;基于产物分布和量化计算,建立具有应用范围宽、算法精度高的裂解模型。期望能够为高能量密度碳氢燃料的技术发展和高超声速飞行器的性能改进提供参考。Exo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene(JP-10)has some special properties such as high energy-density,low freezing point and high thermal stability,etc.Therefore,it might be a promising future hydrocarbon jet fuel.Pyrolysis study of JP-10 is very important to improve its endothermic performance,and provide guidance for its future application.In this paper,JP-10 pyrolysis reactors,reaction conditions and analytical methods were summarized.In addition,possible pyrolysis mechanisms,including initiation reactions and main reaction pathways,were also reviewed.Furthermore,three main kinetic models of JP-10 pyrolysis were also explained.Based on the above literature review,future JP-10 pyrolysis study should focus on the following areas:understanding the impact of pressure and residence time on the pyrolytic process;developing novel in-situ analysis methods for pyrolysis products;optimizing molecular simulation force field based on experimental data and physical parameters in order to provide atomic-scale guidance for understanding pyrolysis mechanisms and building kinetic models;establishing applicable and accurate kinetic models based on product distributions and quantitative calculations.This work is important for development of high energy-density hydrocarbon fuels and hypersonic aircraft.
