阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果及改善睡眠质量的作用。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年1月广水市第一人民医院收治的急性脑梗死患者106例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上增加氯吡格雷治疗,比较2组患者的临床指标变化、睡眠质量、不良反应发生率以及生命质量的评分。结果:观察组患者神经缺失评分、血浆比黏度、血小板聚集率等指标均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者PSQI各项评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SF-36各项评分高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死患者具有更高的治疗效果,改善患者睡眠质量和生命质量的效果更显著,不良反应发生率更低,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and the improvement of sleep quality.Methods:A total of 106 patients were selected for analysis.The selection period of patients was from January 2020 to January 2021.The patients were divided into groups through different treatment promotion measures and divided into two groups:control group and observation group.Control group(53 cases)Aspirin was given,and the observation group(53 cases)added clopidogrel treatment on the basis of the former.The difference in the effect of all patients was compared with the changes in clinical indicators before and after the treatment,the difference in sleep quality,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the quality of life scores Label.Results:The comparison of the treatment clinical indicators of the patients between the groups showed that:the observation group patients were significantly lower than the control group,and the differences in clinical indicators met the statistical standard(P<0.05);the sleep quality scores of the patients between the groups showed:The observation group is lower than the control group,and the difference in sleep quality meets the statistical standard(P<0.05);from the comparison of the difference in the adverse reaction rate of patients between the groups:the observation group is lower than the control group,and the difference in the adverse reaction rate meets the statistical standard(P<0.05);in the data comparison of quality of life:the observation group is higher than the control group,and the difference in quality of life indicators meets the statistical standard(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the combined action of aspirin and clopidogrel,patients with acute cerebral infarction have a higher therapeutic effect.At the same time,compared with aspirin alone,the patient′s sleep quality has a significant improvement effect,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and at the same time,it has a poor inhibition The reac
