摘  要:目的:探讨不同睡眠体位改变对开角型青光眼眼压波动的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年6月于厦门市中医院就诊的30例原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)患者为观察组,并选取同期健康者30例为对照组,观察2组坐位、平卧位、右侧卧位、左侧卧位下的眼压变化。结果:2组最高眼压均为侧卧位,其中观察组左眼最高眼压为左侧卧位,右眼最高眼压为右侧卧位。2组左、右眼眼压比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2组坐位、平卧位眼压无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);在右侧卧位、左侧卧位时观察组左、右眼眼压均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平卧位、右侧卧位、左侧卧位时左、右眼眼压较坐位的增幅均明显高于对照组,且侧卧位眼压上升幅度要明显高于平卧位,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同睡眠体位会造成开角型青光眼眼压波动,尤其侧卧位会使得眼压显著提高,具有一定的应用价值。Objective:To investigate the effect of different sleep position changes on intraocular pressure(IOP)fluctuation in open-angle glaucoma.Methods:Thirty patients with primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG)treated in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 30 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.The changes of IOP in sitting position,supine position,right decubial position and left decubial position in the two groups were observed.Results:The highest IOP in both groups was in lateral decubitus position.The highest IOP in the observation group was in left decubitus position and the highest IOP in the right eye was in right decubitus position.There was no significant difference in IOP between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in IOP between sitting position and supine position between the two groups(P>0.05).The IOP in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group in the right and left decubitus positions,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the observation group,the increase of IOP in the supine,right and left positions and that in the sitting position was significantly different that of the control group,and the increase of IOP in the lateral position was significantly higher than that in the supine position(P<0.05).Conclusion:Different sleep positions can cause fluctuation of IOP in open Angle glaucoma,especially in lateral decubed position,which has certain application value.
