高校学生体育社团“三全育人”的路径及对策

摘　　要：运用马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论,探究高校学生体育社团“三全育人”的实践路径。研究发现,高校学生体育社团存在思想政治教育有效性不足、管理部门协同不够通畅、育人配套要素支持不足、法规制度未能落到实效的现实困境。据此提出应从政策保障、管理协同、激励机制、思想引导等路径提升“三全育人”的针对性和实效性,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,最终实现高校立德树人的根本任务。By using the Marxist theory of all-round human development,this paper explores the practical path of"three-wide education"for college students’sports associations.It is found that the practical dilemmas are as follows:the ideological and political education of college students’sports associations is not effective enough,the coordination of administrative departments is not smooth enough,the supporting elements of education are not enough,and the laws and regulations are not effective implementation.From the aspects of policy guarantee,management coordination,incentive mechanism and ideological guidance,the research aims to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of“three-wide education”,so as to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor,and eventually realize the fundamental task of cultivating talents through moral education at universities.
