摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议旨在打造利益共同体、责任共同体和命运共同体。我国高等教育发展要提升大学创新力,推进大学教育国际化,加快大学高质量发展,积极开展与“一带一路”沿线国家高等教育间的人文交流,为东北亚区域的和平发展做出积极贡献。The Belt and Road Initiative aims to build a community of shared interests,a community of shared responsibilities,and a community of shared future.Higher education in China should boost innovation,improve the internationalization of education,and promote high-quality development of schools.it should actively carry out humanity and cultural exchanges with its counterpart in countries along The Belt and Road,which could make positive contributions to the peaceful development of Northeast Asia.
