摘 要:基于对传统学术中崇雅鄙俗之旧习的反拨,新文化派学人在整理国故运动中提出了平视雅俗的学术理念,并将其作为该运动的基本原则加以贯彻。在落实雅俗平等学术理念的过程中,为祛除国人心中根深蒂固的对民间文化的偏见,突显民间文化研究的意义和价值,整理国故运动在重估传统时将重心从庙堂转向民间,偏重于搜集、整理和研究民间文化传统,呈现出扬俗抑雅的治学取向。这一治学取向将文学史家的史料观从圣人文章和骈文律诗的桎梏中解放出来,推动了各种类型的民间文学史料进入中国文学史著的历程。Based on the reversal of the traditional academic habit of admiring elegant culture and despising folk culture,the New Culture Scholars put forward the academic ideal of treating both cultures equally in the process of rearranging the national heritage movement and implemented it as the basic principle of the movement.The implementation of the academic ideal includes removing people’s ingrained prejudice towards folk culture,highlighting the meaning and value of folk culture research,and rearranging the national heritage movement shifted its focus from elegant culture to folk culture,focusing on collecting,sorting,and researching the traditional folk culture.It even showed a tendency to admire folk culture and despise elegant culture.This tendency liberated literary historians’view of historical materials from the shackles of classics,parallel prose,and metrical verse and promoted the entry of various types of traditional folk literature into Chinese literary history.
