摘　　要：目的:分析调磨法与两种直接盖髓剂[MTA(三氧化矿物凝聚体)及Dycal(氢氧化钙)]用于畸形中央尖折断的效果。方法:选取某院口腔科畸形中央尖折断患者90例为研究对象,病例入选时间为2020年1月-2021年1月,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(分次调磨法)、MTA组(MTA直接盖髓)和Dycal组(Dycal直接盖髓)各30例,比较各组患者临床疗效、患牙根管壁厚度、患牙冠根比及临床恢复时间。结果:MTA组成功29例,成功率为96.67%(29/30),显著高于Dycal组成功25例,成功率83.33%(25/30)与对照组成功19例,成功率63.33%(19/30)(P<0.05);治疗后,MTA组病变部位情况改善更为显著,且患牙根管壁厚度、冠根较Dycal组及对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,MTA组临床恢复时间(牙周病变、红肿及咀嚼功能恢复)较Dycal组及对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:MTA直接盖髓能改善牙根管壁厚度及牙冠根比,促进恢复,提高畸形中央尖折断患者疗效。Objective:To analyze the effect of grinding method and two kinds of direct pulp capping agents[MTA(mineral trioxide aggregate)and Dycal(calcium hydroxide)]for fracture of central cusp deformity.Methods:A total of 90 patients with fracture of central cusp deformity treated in a hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into three groups(control group,MTA group and Dycal group)according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with graded grinding method,and the MTA group and Dycal group were treated with MTA and Dycal direct pulp capping,respectively.The clinical efficacy,root canal wall thickness,crown-to-root ratio and clinical recovery time of three groups were compared.Results:There were 29 successful cases in MTA group,with a success rate of 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than 25 cases[83.33%(25/30)]in the Dycal group and 19 cases[63.33%(19/30)]in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of lesions in the MTA group was more significantly,and the root canal wall thickness and crown-to-root ratio were higher than those in the Dycal group and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical recovery time(recovery of periodontal lesions,redness,and masticatory function)in the MTA group was shorter than that in the Dycal group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MTA direct pulp capping can improve the root canal wall thickness and crown-to-root ratio,promote recovery,and improve the curative effect of patients with fracture of central cusp deformity.
