摘 要:目的探讨新华XHA2200高能加速器影像引导系统不同配准算法(灰度配准算法和骨配准算法)对肺部靶区摆位误差的影响。方法选取2020年8月至2021年2月在医院进行图像引导放射治疗的60例肺癌患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用新华XHA2200高能加速器影像引导系统,治疗前均进行了锥形束CT(CBCT)扫描,首先通过手动配准分别对X、Y、Z 3个方向上的摆位误差进行分析,然后分别采用灰度配准算法和骨配准算法对X、Y、Z 3个方向上的摆位误差进行分析,最终得出灰度配准算法和骨配准算法与手动配准摆位误差的差异。结果灰度配准算法与手动配准在X、Y、Z方向上的摆位误差比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。骨配准算法与手动配准在X方向上的摆位误差比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);骨配准算法在Y、Z方向上的摆位误差大于手动配准,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于骨配准算法,新华XHA2200高能加速器影像引导系统灰度配准算法在肺癌患者中的配准结果更好。Objective The influence of different registration algorithms(gray registration algorithm and bone registration algorithm)of Xinhua XHA2200 high-energy accelerator image-guided system on the positioning error of the lung target area was investigated.Methods Sixty patients with lung cancer who underwent image-guided radiotherapy in the hospital from August 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with Xinhua XHA2200 high-energy accelerator image-guided system,and received cone-beam CT(CBCT)scan before treatment.Firstly,the positioning errors in X,Y,and Z directions were analyzed by manual registration.Secondly,the positioning errors in X,Y,and Z directions were analyzed by the gray registration algorithm and the bone registration algorithm respectively.Finally,the differences of the positioning errors between the gray registration algorithm,the bone registration algorithm,and manual registration were obtained.Results The differences in positioning errors between the gray registration algorithm and the manual registration in X,Y,and Z directions were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference in positioning error between the bone registration algorithm and the manual registration in X direction was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the positioning errors of bone registration algorithm in Y and Z directions were greater than those of the manual registration,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the bone registration algorithm,the gray registration algorithm of Xinhua XHA2200 high-energy accelerator image-guided system achieves the better registration results in treating lung cancer patients.
