摘　　要：目的考察电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法检测透析用水中化学污染物的效果。方法使用ICP-MS法同时测定透析用水中铝、锑、砷、钡、铍、镉、钙、铬、铜、铅、镁、钾、硒、银、钠、铊、锌共17种化学污染物,该方法采用多种不同内标元素,以便有效涵盖所有待测元素的原子质量。结果各元素标准曲线线性均良好,相关系数r均大于0.9991,检出限均低于YY 0572-2015《血液透析及相关治疗用水》标准中规定的化学污染物最大允许浓度。结论ICP-MS法具有简便高效、灵敏度高、线性范围广的特点,可同时测定多种元素,适用于透析用水中化学污染物的检测。Objective The effectiveness of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)used in the testing of chemical contaminants in hemodialysis water was explored.Methods 17 kinds of chemical contaminants in hemodialysis water,including aluminium,antimony,arsenic,barium,beryllium,cadmium,calcium,chromium,copper,lead,magnesium,potassium,selenium,silver,sodium,thallium and zinc were tested simultaneously by ICP-MS.In order to cover all atomic weights of the tested elements effectively,multiple internal standard elements were used.Results Standard curves of each element showed good linearity,with all correlation coefficients(r)greater than 0.9991.The detection limits of this method were all below the maximum allowable levels stated in YY 0572-2015 Water for haemodialysis and related therapies.Conclusions ICP-MS method is simple but efficient and with high sensitivity and a wide linear range.It can be used to determine multiple elements simultaneously and is applicable to determine chemical contaminants in hemodialysis water.
