摘 要:脑机接口是一门涉及脑外科学、神经科学、计算机科学、人工智能等多个学科的交叉技术,是一种能够直接通过大脑思维活动,实现人与外界环境通信的通路系统。通过利用脑机接口,可激活大脑神经元可塑性,从而帮助患者重建肢体功能。该文梳理了脑机接口的工作原理及基本作用,并归纳总结了其在卒中患者上肢功能和手功能康复中的应用情况,旨在为卒中患者康复治疗提供新思路。Brain-computer interface is a cross-technology involving multiple disciplines such as brain science,neuroscience,computer science and artificial intelligence,and is also a channel system which can realize the communication between human and external environment directly through brain thinking activities.Brain-computer interface can be used to activate plasticity of neurons in the brain,therefore can help patients restore their limb functions.In this paper,the working principle and basic functions of brain-computer interface were summed up,and the application of it in rehabilitation of upper limb and hand functions of stroke patients was summarized,hoping to provide new ideas for rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients.
