摘　　要：目的构建新生儿听力筛查及婴幼儿听力诊断干预质控指标体系,为临床应用提供参考。方法2019年8月至2020年8月,通过文献回顾,初步拟定新生儿听力筛查及婴幼儿听力诊断干预质控指标体系。采用德尔菲法对18名熟悉新生儿听力筛查、诊断及干预工作的专家进行三轮函询;根据函询结果,进行修改,完成全过程质控指标体系的构建。结果三轮函询各发放函询表18份,收回18份,回收率均为100%。第一轮专家函询的权威系数为0.79~0.90,有较高的权威性;第一轮和第二轮专家意见的各部分协调系数为0.27~0.40,均具有显著性差异,专家意见较一致。经过三轮专家函询,最终形成了包括新生儿听力筛查管理工作、新生儿听力筛查工作及婴幼儿听力诊断的质控指标体系,其中一级指标7条,二级指标28条,三级指标55条,四级指标116条。结论通过德尔菲法构建的新生儿听力筛查及婴幼儿听力诊断干预质控指标体系较为可靠,可应用于新生儿听力筛查、诊断和干预的质量控制。Objective To establish a quality control index of newborn hearing screening,infant hearing diagnosis and intervention and to provide references for clinical applications.Methods From August 2019 to August 2020,based on literature review,a quality control index for the whole process of newborn hearing screening,infant hearing diagnosis and intervention was initially developed.Eighteen experts specializing in newborn hearing screening,infant hearing diagnosis and intervention were selected,and the Delphi method was used to conduct three rounds of expert consultation.According to the results,modifications were made to complete the construction of the quality control index.Results A total of 18 consultation forms were issued and 18 were returned with a rate of 100%.The authority coefficient of expert consultation was 0.79~0.90,indicating high authority.The coordination coefficient of each part was 0.27~0.40,with significant differences,indicating the expert opinions were consistent.After three rounds of expert consultation,a quality control index including newborn hearing screening management,newborn hearing screening and infant hearing diagnosis had been formed,consisting of 7 primary indicators,28 secondary indicators,55 tertiary indicators and 116 survey indicators.Conclusion The quality control index constructed by the Delphi method is reliable and can be used for quality control.
