摘  要:针对永磁同步电机无差拍预测电流控制在实际运行中,由于所依赖的电机模型参数随负载的变化存在不匹配缺陷从而限制系统电流环性能的问题,提出一种无差拍预测电流控制与扰动前馈补偿相结合的改进控制策略。首先,以转速与负载转矩为状态变量,选取积分滑模面作为滑模切换面,与传统指数趋近律结合,设计一种滑模负载转矩观测器以实现对负载转矩的实时辨识;然后,设计一种可快速收敛的自适应系数指数趋近律以提高负载转矩观测器性能,实现速度误差的快速收敛与负载转矩的快速观测,减小观测转矩的抖振;最后,将观测所得负载转矩前馈补偿至电流控制器,以实现对模型参数不匹配及负载变化等扰动的有效补偿,同时进一步提升电流与电磁转矩对参考值的趋近速度、并减小系统抖振。数值仿真结果表明:该策略在标称参数下可使系统稳定运行,当模型参数不匹配和负载变化发生时系统仍能稳定运行;相对传统策略,若电感衰减,加载超调减小约5%,减载超调减小约10%,加速时间减少约0.02 s;电感衰减与电阻增大时,加载超调减小约6.31%,减载超调减小约10.67%,加速时间减少约0.02 s,且有更小的抖振,系统抗扰性能进一步提升。To promote the performance of current loop of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)due to motor parameter mismatch which varies with the load in actual operation,an improved control strategy combining deadbeat predictive current control with disturbance rejection feedforward compensation is proposed.Firstly,a sliding mode load torque observer(SMLTO)is designed to achieve the real time identification of load torque,where speed and load torque are selected as state variables.Besides,integral sliding mode surface is selected as switching surface to combine with the conventional exponential reaching law.Moreover,a novel exponential reaching law with a self-adaptive coefficient that can converge fast is proposed to improve the performance of SMLTO,including the fast convergence of the speed error and the estimated load torque,as well as restraining the chattering of the estimated load torque.Finally,the estimated load torque will be compensated feedforward to the current controller to compensate the disturbance caused by motor parameter mismatch and the load torque variation.Hence,the rate of convergence of currents and electromagnetic torque will be further improved and the chattering of the estimated load torque will be further restrained.Numerical simulation results show that the system can operate stably regardless of nominal parameters or mismatch parameters when the improved strategy is adopted.Compared to the conventional strategy,the overshoot when increasing load is decreased by about 5%,the overshoot when decreasing load is decreased by about 10%while the response time is decreased by about 0.02 s when stator inductance attenuates.The overshoot when increasing load is decreased by about 6.31%,the overshoot when decreasing load is decreased by about 10.67%while the response time is decreased by about 0.02 s when stator inductance attenuates and resistance increases.And there will be smaller chattering,the anti-disturbance of the system is further improved.
