改革开放以来乡镇体育组织变迁的观念演进分析——以G镇为个案的实证考察

摘　　要：为揭示改革开放以来乡镇体育组织演变背后的意义指向,采用个案研究、田野考察、口述记录与深度访谈等研究方法,对改革开放以来乡镇体育组织变迁的观念演进进行了分析。结果认为,乡镇体育组织变迁背后的逻辑是不同利益主体体育价值观念的演进,其中政府主体的体育观念演进是从“管理”走向“服务”,社会主体的体育观念演进是从“手段”走向“目的”,市场主体的体育观念演进是从“排斥”走向“认同”,不同利益主体体育价值观的变化影响和制约了乡镇体育组织的发展走向。In order to reveal the value and significance behind the evolution of township sports organizations in the reform and opening up,this paper analyzes the concept evolution of the changes of township sports organizations in the reform and opening up by means of case study,field investigation,oral record and in-depth interview.The results show that rural sports organization change is the logic behind the changes of the sports values,different stakeholders including the government main body of sports concept change from“management”to“service”,the social main body of sports concept change from“means”to“purpose”,and the market main body of sports concept change from“rejection”to“identity”.The change of sports values and different stakeholders affects and restricts the development of rural sports organizations.
