摘 要:文中介绍了一种基于国产GaN芯片研制的Ku波段2kW固态发射机的设计方法。以500W发射组件为基本组成单元,采用四路平面波导魔T的功率合成方式,同时对合成网络的功率容量、以及基本合成单元相位一致性对合成效率的影响进行了分析,最终实现了2kW固态发射机的研制。实测结果表明,在Ku频段峰值输出功率大于2kW,效率大于22%,满足预期设计要求。A design method of a Ku-band 2kW solid-state transmitter based on a domestic GaN chip was introduced.The transmitter was developed by using the power synthesis method of four-channel planar waveguide magic T and the basic units of 500W transmitting module.The influence of the power capacity of the synthesis network and the phase consistency of the basic synthesis unit on the synthesis efficiency was analyzed;the development of 2kW solid state transmitter was realized.The experimental results showed that the peak output power was more than 2kW with efficiency greater than 22%,which met the expected design requirements.
