摘 要:个性化定制背景下制造商和供应商构建良好合作关系有利于提升供应链竞争力。文章考虑定制程度、超额收益、风险成本等影响因素,构建制造商和供应商之间的演化博弈模型,分析双方合作博弈的演化稳定策略,并研究了相关因素对合作策略演化路径的影响。结果表明:制造商与供应商积极合作策略的概率与产品定制程度呈现倒U形关系。超额收益、供应商消极合作时风险成本的增加促进双方选择积极合作策略,供应商积极合作时风险成本的增加阻碍双方选择积极合作策略。在此基础上,提出了促进双方向积极合作策略演化的对策建议。The establishment of a good cooperative relationship between manufacturers and suppliers could boosts the competitiveness of the supply chain in the context of personalized customization.An evolutionary game model between manufacturers and suppliers is developed,considering factors including the degree of customization,excess returns,and risk costs.The evolutionary stable strategy of the cooperation game between the two parties is analyzed,and the evolution path of the cooperation strategy is studied.The results show that the probability of an active cooperation strategy between manufacturers and suppliers has an inverted U-shaped relationship with the degree of product customization.The increase in excess returns or risk costs when suppliers passively cooperate promotes the two parties to choose active cooperation strategies,and the increase in risk costs when suppliers actively cooperate prevents the two parties from choosing active cooperation strategies.Finally,suggestions are made to promote manufacturers and suppliers to evolve towards an active cooperation strategy.
